These 2 pictures are about 15 years apart. 

On the left I'm 14 years old, athletic, but had never seen a gym day in my life. Barely weighing in at about 100 lbs.

In the background I'm 29 years old and working out in the gym has become a huge part of my life in every way. This is a point where I had more than doubled in weight at about 225 lbs.

This picture speaks volumes of my journey to get to where I'm at today. I couldn't have done it without the amazing people in my life...After I had hung up my career in playing sports, (for now) working out has remained and forever will be a huge passion of mine. POWERLIFTING because of my strive to not be the "small/weak kid" anymore and BODYBUILDING because of my pride to always be well rounded in every category.

Above all else, I take HUGE pride in taking this journey on naturally. No testosterone boosters, no growth hormones and no steroids. Just unbreakable consistency of dieting properly and giving it my all in the gym! 

I've battled through plateaus, injuries, loss of motivation, constant distractions, haters, sadness and exhaustion, the list goes on forever. I've created this page to ask YOU, "How bad do you want it?" "How bad do you want to reach your fitness goals? Not just physically, but just as importantly, mentally". I'm here to hopefully one day be an inspiration to many. To guide and remind those who just need that little push everyday, that all fitness goals are achievable.
